Fatal accident in New Richmond claims 23 year old worker

Charles Powell son of Clark Powell of New Richmond died after being dragged along a coal incline at West End Gas Works Cincinnati. Powell 23 was at the top unhooking a coal car when entangled in chains he was dragged the incline and killed instantly. Sympathy is expressed for his parents.
