The Opl Herman Hough ton Post VFW Felicity and Wiley Croswell Post American Legion Felicity join to sponsor a blood drive on Saturday October 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at the VFW Hall Felicity. Blood will go to Veterans Hospital Cincinnati with a VA Dayton bloodmobile staffed by hospital doctors and nurses. Bridge Opens for Auto Traffic in Loveland
The Little Miami River bridge in Loveland opened to auto traffic on Saturday October 22 after months of anticipation since July. Foundations were reinforced and new flooring sidewalks and side rails added. The temporary crossing is no longer in use.

Juvenile Ring In Jail Two Sought in Clermont County
Eight Clermont County juveniles were taken into custody Monday on burglary and delinquency charges. Two other members of the ring were being sought. A 17 year old youth in Bethel area led to the arrests as Bethel police investigated gasoline thefts from parked cars. They admitted to looting homes in Bethel and New Richmond and stealing gas from cars, barns, and yards in Felicity and Bethel. Some had prior cases. two served time at the Boys Industrial School in Lancaster Ohio. One youth admitted burning fodder on a highway near Bethel. a farmer fired a warning shot but no injuries occurred.
