Owensville report says 14 year old Thomas Steinecker of Batavia was struck riding a bicycle on Rt. 50 west of Owensville. He sustained head injuries and a fractured left leg after entering the car’s path driven by Mrs. Emma Roger of Cincinnati. He was taken to Our Lady of Mercy Hospital, then transferred to Terrace Park Squad ambulance due to a flat tire.
