John G. Erion formerly of Bata via and longtime Milford resident, died Saturday morning from heart trouble after falling ill Friday night. He was an engineer at the water works and a Masonic lodge member. funeral was led by the lodge in Batavia. He leaves a widow and ten children. He is the father of Chris Erion of the Highland Park power house.

Mrs. H J Cleveland widow of A B Cleveland marked her ninety birthday Friday October 16 at her Amelia home with a dinner for sixteen. Her table was decorated in yellow and white chrysanthemums and she thanked friends in a firm voice ending with a prayer. A large cake with ninety candles was presented she said she made the cake herself before the guests carried it home as the brides cake. Relatives and well wishers sent letters cards telegrams and messages.

Death by Own Action at Felicity Woman Dies in Suicide
A 28 year old married woman in Franklin township Felicity took poison during the night and died at 5 am. After an earlier failed attempt she telephoned her mother and spoke of the saved life. Later she killed herself, leaving a husband and preparations for burial already made. Burial was at Mc Kendree on Sunday.
