A benefit fundraiser will take place October 30 from noon to 5 p.m. at Silver Shears, 209 W Plane St Bethel. The salon will offer haircuts on a donation basis with a $1 minimum. Proceeds go to The Children's Intake Center for battered and abused children and the Good Samaritan Project of Clermont County.
