Good Roads Meeting Organizes Township Effort for Better Roads

Farmer dies of hydrophobia after dog bite
Clarence Rapp 23 a farmer from Terrace Park died at Seton Hospital after five weeks from a dog bite on his finger belonging to Bert Humpley Milford. He became ill days ago and suffered convulsions yesterday morning. Neighbors restrained him as he grew violent and an ambulance was needed. The dog was killed and its head sent to Columbus for testing but decomposition prevented brain examination. Rapp leaves a widow and two small children.
