Castruccis sue Milford dealer over land dispute

Castrucci and wife BATAVIA-Al and Faye Castrucci sue Milford Chevrolet dealer and property owner Beulah Huff Young in Clermont County Common Pleas seeking a preliminary injunction to halt a land sale to Frazier-Williams Chevrolet Oldsmobile Inc. The suit accuses Young of breach while asserting Frazier-Williams has a lease with right of first refusal.

Charles to lead board at Clermont County Realtors

The Clermont County Board of Realtors met on Oct 3 to elect 1986 officers. Connie Charles named president-elect. Jim Furman secretary. Wayne Floren treasurer.
