She is accused of the Sept 7 slaying of her husband Mel 51 who died after being found in the family swimming pool. She was indicted last week with pleas of innocent and innocent by reason of insanity. A prior charge of shooting Patrolman Robert M Colder 26 of Amelia was ignored by the grand jury.

Increased Pay Proposed For County Boarding Home Care
Clermont County Welfare Director Wayne Oney proposed new daily and monthly rates for boarding homes caring for dependent children after a three year study. Normal children would rise from 1.50 to 1.65 per day plus medical and clothing. handicapped and immobile children would have higher monthly allowances. Special category for totally dependent children would be 115 per month with one child in that class. Commissioners urged study for future adoption while also hearing a plan to require county employees to take at least one week of vacation annually.
