Fox Hunt Dates Set for Batavia Kentucky Derby Week
The Batavia event runs October 22 to 25 with about 1000 people and hundreds of fox hounds from Kentucky and Ohio. Derby Day features two year olds, sunrise starts at Reed farm, Bethel area shows at Resinger farm, Batavia Armory events, free admission, and a noon burgoo spread. Cups prize top derby and all age dogs, with judges from several towns and states and offices held by local and regional figures.
