Blacktop to settle Hartman Lane road dispute in Clermont County
Clermont County commissioners awarded a $22,440.50 contract to William Light Co. Inc. to repair and repave 3500 feet of Hartman Lane, ending an 11 year dispute with eight Batavia Township homes. The project, cheaper than Carter Construction Co., will be completed by December 1 and the road turned over to Batavia Township after work.
