Loveland teacher sues school board over contract renewal
Charles Nolting, a 10 year science teacher at Loveland Hurst High School, sues the Loveland School Board in Hamilton County Court for reinstatement and back pay after his contract was not renewed on April 27. Attorney James Kirkland asserts the renewal violated Ohio Sunshine Law and that an executive session was improperly used. the board has 28 days to answer ahead of a pretrial hearing.
