Managers warn if rival tracks reach West Union they will extend the C P and V lines from Sardinia to Georgetown and build a Winchester to West Union branch. A long standing pact limited Georgetown access, while bonus funds may pass to the C P and V. If all three lines plus the Black Diamond road are built, the region gains and West Union expands rapidly.
