Union residents seek EPA help over Youngs Lane drainage
Union residents told the Union Tip Trustees they will appeal to the Environmental Protection Agency to prevent drainage that could impact the watershed near 822 Youngs Lane and the planned 30 unit Eastgate Woods Apts project. EPA would review in about 30 days while Ohio EPA possible flood plain zoning hinges on local approval.
