Milford Pays Fees After Court Mandamus
Hamilton County Treasury received about $6,000 from Milford after a Court of Appeals mandamus requiring payment of fees from liquor cases in which defendants were arrested in Hamilton County. Prosecutor Charles E. Mrs. Kate Prebble McKay wife of Ralph McKay and a former Felicity resident died at Bethesda hospital Cincinnati. The newborn babe also perished. The Batavia street oiling contract was awarded Wednesday night to Haton Oil Works of Newport Kentucky at 80 cents per gallon with 50 to 60 percent asphaltum.
