Mitchell, 64, deaf mute, fined 100 dollars with 75 suspended for DUI arrest by State Patrolman R D Young. William C. Christian, 22, Sardinia, fined 50 dollars for reckless operation. James K. Redfield, 23, Batavia, fined 10 dollars for operating with no muffler.
