OKI officials outlined four draft mass transit concepts including light rail and busway options. Plans show 15 to 40 mph speeds, car weights from 7 to 45 tons, and costs ranging from $50 000 to $290 000 per unit. Stage one could finish by 1975 with light rail near five year development and heavier systems up to 13 years.
