Boni Forfeiter Huston Jailed After Absence

Frank Huston, linked in a highway robbery indictment with Ned Apgar near Stonelick, was jailed in Batavia after failing to appear for his bond. Apgar earlier fled to Cincinnati, was captured and sentenced to four years. Huston, 30, was found at Newark home then released with $500 bond. he now faces further legal action.
