Clermont County forms new economic panel and road bids up
Dr. Roger Barry will chair a mixed private public economic development committee named by Commissioner Jerry McBride with Charles Clendenin and other leaders. The panel will define county government roles and issue recommendations. Clermont County advertises bids for road resurfacing across 34 miles and bridge painting, with five road-project sections in multiple townships. Also upcoming programs include Camp Superkids for asthmatic children and Trinity Fellowship child care center openings. Permissive sales tax distributions for February show Clermont County at $539,046.93, with two month lag and funds routed to Columbus and regional authorities.
