Milford OES Plans May Events Honoring Mothers
Milford OES No. 234 schedules two May events. May 6 will honor mothers and mark birthday night with monthly themed decorations. Grand Matron Mary Manning will lead the annual inspection May 17 at 8 pm, preceded by a 6 pm dinner at Milford Methodist Church. Guest soloist Mil Heery of Goshen chapter 382. Candidates include Carol and Kathy Huff, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Larkin Huff.

Auxiliary Plans Fire Festival Booth at Day Heights
The Day Heights Women’s Auxiliary of the Volunteer Fire Department met to organize the food booth for the Firemen’s Festival on June 21 22 and 23. Mrs Edward Wise was named food booth chairman and Mrs Shirley Hopkins and Mrs Ramona Barlow were named telephone committee. Hostesses were Mrs Betty Katz and Mrs Ruth Vineyard.
