Clermont County Fair Board Approves Youth Premiums
At the Clermont County Fair Board meeting in Owensville on March 4 the Clermont County Agricultural Society passed a resolution to spend 50 for premiums. Junior displays of agricultural products receive 25 with 10 to 1st, 7 to 2nd, 5 to 3rd, and 3 to 4th for Clermont county residents under 18. Culinary displays get 25 with 10 to 1st, 7 to 2nd, 5 to 3rd, and 3 to 4th for residents under 18. The society also invites the Clermont County School Exhibit to the fair August 17-19, 1916 and will provide free space.

M. E. Sunday School Shows Strong February Growth
The M. E. Sunday School at New Richmond reports a prosperous February with attendance nearly doubling and several classes more than doubling. Notable gains came from the young men class taught by Mrs Richardson, the young ladies class taught by Prof Borders, and the Bible class taught by Mrs C C Larkin, for a total February attendance of 658. J Frank Richardson is pastor, with Wm Fulton and H F E Gee serving as superintendents.
