Teamsters hauling heavy loads on Clermont county turnpikes must observe weight laws. Maximum limits range from 4,000 to 8,400 pounds depending on tire size, with 38 inch or smaller tires imposing the 8,400 pound cap. Drivers are urged to avoid overloading as the pikes are in a musby like condition.

Batavia girls defeated Glendale 13 to 6 on Saturday at the armory. Miss Shepherd Giesler and Suefitde starred for Glendale, while Ruth Weaver Rose Wasner and Helen Bishop led Batavia with strong shooting. A double-header is planned for next Saturday as Batavia boys face Ninth Street Baptist Church of Cincinnati and Batavia girls meet the same Cincinnati team.
