Man Sentenced In Juvenile Case In Felicity
Thomas A. Fryman 29 of Felicity changed plea from innocent to guilty to a juvenile case. A jury and Juvenile Judge Orville Halbisch fined him 250 dollars and sentenced him to six months in jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Two Juveniles Apprehended With Stolen Auto Near Moore's Fork
Sheriff Clyde Derick and Special Deputy Roy Little captured two juveniles with a stolen car near Moore's Fork on Wednesday morning. Felicity Youth Burns in Truck Gas Tank Incident
Ralph Bolender 18, son of Mr and Mrs Herbert Bolender who run a fruit farm near Felicity, was burned on his right side when a truck gas tank ruptured a light bulb on an extension cord causing a short and vapor ignition. He received treatment from Dr C F Barbour and returned home.

Two Aberdeen Men Are Sentenced For Fraud
Two of four suspects in a chimney cleaning fraud were fined $100 and costs each and given 30 day jail terms by Mayor J. F. Paschal. Walter Fryman and James Manning, both of Aberdeen, were sentenced Monday. brothers John Fryman and Amos Bradley had earlier fled. Affidavits cited losses of $155, $140, and $100 from three victims.
