Sudden Death of Archibald Tatman in Salt Air
Archibald Tatman of this place died Sunday morning after a tooth plate dislodged, swallowed and caused heart failure. He was visiting his father at Salt Air and had shown frail health for some time. Tatman, born November 14 1862 in Brown County Ohio, had worked in the mercantile trade and tobacco business and served as deputy treasurer. He leaves a widow Mollie Peterson and a bereaved circle of relatives and friends. The funeral was held at the M E Church with Masonic and Knights of Pythias involvement and a large crowd attending.
