The Kroger line commonly called the Kroger line fell under a receiver last week after admitting judgment in two suits brought by B. H. Kroger. Harris, president and manager, was named receiver to recover about $27,000 from notes loaned in 1914. He was an original promoter and remains a major stockholder. Capitalization listed at $1,660,000 with $600,000 bonded debt. The receiver filed his bond at $26,000.
