The Brewer Co. won the Clermont County LLC Branch access road bid at 234880.68 dollars with a September 15 1972 completion target. Other highway sections Hamiltion County work and bridge projects affect SR 132 SR 222 and Bauman Road with a September 30 closure slated if delays persist.

Harlan-East Fork Water System launches final engineering phase with taps at 75 initial fee. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Judge Britton, a Clermont County figure, served 1943 1962 and was a long time attorney and former prosecutor. East Fork Reservoir Outlet Works Nearing Completion

About 40 members and guests attended the Little Miami Valley Development conservation and recreation speaker. He is the son of the late Wendell L. Willkie. He said water conservation is extremely important and development of lakes will draw people here for recreation. Work is nearing completion on the outlet works, the first phase of the project. Construction of the dam and spillway is expected to continue.

Brewer Bid Wins UC Road Contract in Clermont County

The Brewer Company of Cincinnati won the $294,860 bid to build an access road west of Batavia for the Clermont General and Technical College branch of UC. The project saves the county funds via State Issue No. 1 and will connect to the Appalachian Highway area near the county airport to serve industrial firms.
