Fugitive Mahlon Hall Captured Near Louisville
Mahlon Hall accused of assaulting Horace Reed of Chile on May 15 was arrested near Louisville Kentucky last Friday. Sheriff Williams held him and brought him to Batavia Sunday evening after obtaining requisition papers from Governor Willison. Hall, about 50, described as a hard worker and good farmer, resisted returning to Ohio and needed three men to control him before agreeing to return. He will have an immediate hearing once able to appear.
