Dawn Price, 24, of 2740 White Street, Cincinnati, was shot in the jaw by a five year old at a cookout in Pierce Township. The bullet, fired from a .22 pistol, passed through and caused fatal head injuries. The wounded woman, a friend of the boy's father, died at University Dawn. No charges will be filed.
