A 16-year-old Cincinnati boy, David L. Deaton of Colerain Avenue, drowned Sunday at East Fork State Park's William H. Harsha Lake in the Back Run Creek area. He waded while fishing, slipped underwater, and could not swim. Searchers recovered him in about 15 feet of water around 5:30 p.m.
