Colby Construction seeks 2.6 million in Clermont County bonds to buy land and build a 8.6 acre set of one story office buildings on Eastgate South Drive. Design by McGill and Smith features 600 to 4000 square feet units with private heat air, kitchens and baths. Construction aimed by mid August with model Nov 10 and first occupancy in November. five parking spaces per 1000 square feet.
Local seniors join GAINS, a Clermont Senior Services program run from a Williamsville residence. Clients are bused from across the county and evaluated for medical history and goals before admission, with transportation by wheelchair-equipped bus and access to a psychologist led support groups.
