Ray Burden for raping a 14 year old girl. John St Thomas and Robert L. McCord for breaking and entering Daisey Mae s and Lil Abner s Tavern. Sterling Holman and Melvin Rudd for malicious entry to steal a garden tractor. Edwin V Glover and LeRoy Robinson for theft of gas and tools valued at 63 dollars. Thomas Russell for assault. Clifford Raper, Clifford O Reilly, John Miller Jr, and John Carter for failure to provide for minor children. No bills found against George L Peters Jr and Charles Jodrey who were charged with burglary. Edwin L Fiscus for forgery. Barbara McCord for aiding and abetting burglary.
