Clermont County Hospital Survey Sparks Debate Over Need
Dr. Ralph E. Dwork of the Ohio Department of Health endorsed the Cincinnati Public Health Federation survey showing Clermont County does not need a new hospital now. County commissioners and other leaders denounced the survey as biased and pressed for a conference to present data supporting a hospital. The staff offered to help analyze health facility needs and long term planning in the county.
