Thieves entered C. R. Parks Sebree farm garage above Batavia and stole four new tires. Suspects Chas Young and William Sebree were captured in Cincinnati and jailed in Batavia. Sebree turns state’s evidence implicating Young and Ray Green, who was arrested in Covington and brought to Batavia. Green waives examination and is bound for grand jury.

Both cars were damaged and one woman suffered severe cuts and bruises. The parties were city residents who provided no names.
