Vice President Pechin of the Ohio and North Western writes from Cincinnati on July 1 to readers of the Courier. He says the new rails will delay standard gauging but aims to complete the change by September 1. The entire line will switch at once and New Richmond traffic may transfer at the Junction due to Devon's branch narrow gauge.
