Milford man held on charges of abetting delinquency with girls
Kenneth Spence a 28 year old of Milford was arrested at his home by Sheriff Teal and brought before Judge Walker charged with abetting delinquency with Milford girls ages 8 to 16. His trial is set for Wednesday morning and he remains in the sheriff's custody.

Accident at Niagara Falls Drowns Dozens After Dock Collapses
About 50 to 100 excursionists were dumped into the Niagara river when a dock at Eagle Park Grand Island gave way Sunday night June 16. The crowd was swept by a nine mile per hour current through 12 feet of water. twenty bodies recovered and many others were injured or killed by the whirlpool rapids. State weights and measures convention to curb high living costs
The Third Annual convention of the State County and City Sealers and Deputies of Weights and Measures will meet in Columbus July 17 to 19, 1912. Ohio State Board programs and hog cholera project expand
The Ohio State Board of Agriculture plans to appoint four farmer institutes per county and urges immediate applications. A new roster of pure bred stock owners by county with addresses and stock types is available for eight cents. The State Serum Farm near Columbus near completion will cost over a hundred thousand dollars and aims to prevent hog cholera. Last year hog cholera caused severe farm losses totaling over twenty five thousand dollars daily for weeks, affecting more than seven thousand farms.
