Three Clermont county institutes are scheduled for next week in Moscow Williamsburg and Newtonsville with five sessions across February 5 6 8 9 10. The programs mix farm and urban interests plus entertainment and public speakers Mrs Beryl White and Mr Wetherell will speak at all events. Local organizers Noble Holton J A Ashton and Wm Dumford oversee the sessions to be held in school auditoriums.

Milford mayor Scott dies after two-year illness
Mayor N. B. Scott of Milford dies at 75 after a two year illness. He served four years as mayor and was a native of Brown county and a member of the K P Lodge. Survived by a widow, three daughters and two sons. Services were held at his residence Monday evening with burial in Green Lawn Cemetery Milford.

Census Enumerators Appointed for Business and Manufacturers' Census

Mrs. Belle Hulick widow of H. S. Hulick died Saturday after a long illness at 89. Born in Lebanon she lived most of her life in Batavia and leaves a daughter Mrs. A. B. Nichols and two sisters. Interment at Citizens cemetery. Also noted: death of Mr. Harry Dennis aged 91 of Williamsburg with services at J Isaac Maham funeral home and interment at Batavia.

Funeral services for Raymond McKibben long time Bethel mail carrier will be held at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Burton Garrett presiding. He died Monday evening after a paralytic stroke. He was a member of the American Legion and Rural Mail Carriers Association. The latter will hold services at his Plane Street home. He leaves a widow Violet Walker McKibben, mother Rebecca McKibben of Clover, daughter Maxine, sister Bessie Cobb Middletown, brothers Everett Westchester Warren Mt Crab and Ben Owensville.
