Hadley 21 of Goshen faces reckless driving and first degree manslaughter charges after a Saturday head on crash on Ohio 28 four miles east of Milford that killed Irene Hammons 28 of Blanchester. Dale F. Walker a Goshen resident rode as passenger. Hammons worked as a hair stylist at Andi's Terrace Park Beauty Salon in Milford. Funeral services were held in Barboursville Kentucky with burial there.
