In Ohio State v Lorman Fisher a jury found the 19 year old guilty of grand larceny for stealing a car top and tires valued at 112 dollars. Witnesses from Warren and Butler counties testified with the Goshen Horse Thief Protection Association aiding the case. The bond was raised to 2500 with sentencing to Mansfield reformator y and a new trial motion planned.
