Mule and coal car derail at Highland Park power house
The electric mule hauling a coal car bucked with another locomotive and plunged 16 feet off the track at Highland Park last week. It knocked a building corner and caused general damage but no serious injuries, though three had narrow escapes. The mule, powering freight on the C G P railroad, was recovered and returned to service.
