Miss Frances Reese resumes duties as Executive Secretary of the Clermont County Child Welfare Board after two years overseas with the Woman's Army Corps. She served in England and Ireland. Mary G. It records Henry Rumsey born about 1817 freed by his master William Holler of Bracken County Kentucky and witnessed by John Payne the county clerk.
