Frank, eldest son of the late Perry Moore of the east end, died after taking two and a half grains of morphine and a half pint of whisky in front of his family. Dr VanHorn treated him but he refused aid. He died at 10 36 Monday morning leaving a widow and several children.

The new stallion inspection law requires all stallions and jacks used as public breeding stock in Ohio to be examined by a state veterinarian.
