Celebrate Golden Wedding Anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Rolla H. Jones celebrated their golden wedding anniversary at home east of Williamsburg Ohio on the Chillicothe Pike. Henrietta Skidmore Jones was born December 30, 1869 in Schuyler county Missouri and Rolla Jones was born June 1, 1866 in Grant county Indiana. They married December 24, 1890 at Downing Missouri and later lived on a government land portion in Montana before moving to Williamsburg in 1917. They have son Lewis and granddaughter Rosetta Mae with Walter Skidmore of Conrad Montana among guests.

Rev. Wiggin Dies Funeral services held for Rev G H Wiggin
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at 2 p m from the W Moore funeral home for Rev G H Wiggin. Burial followed in Batavia Union Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Mary A Wiggin a son Arthur C of Zanesville and two daughters Mrs Clade B Smith of Batavia and Mrs H G Cold Iron of Chicago.

Last Rites Held for Clermont Farm Leader J H Dawson
Funeral services were held at Felia Methodist Church for J H Dawson 85 of Hamlet who died Thursday at his daughter's Akron home. Born near Moscow in Clermont County he farmed east of Hamlet for 60 years and pioneered orchard practices including nitrate soda fertilizer and spraying. A leader in farm organizations he served as one of the first Gleemont County Farm Bureau presidents and was the first southwest Ohio director on the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation board. He also sat on the Clermont County Fair Board until ill health.

Son of Former Batavian Auto Victim Passes Away
Earle Stevens eight son of Floyd and Mrs Stevens, Batavia residents, died Friday afternoon after an auto incident in the city. He and his brother Larry six were returning from a movie when struck by driver Vernon Louie. Louie was exonerated. He also leaves two brothers Floyd Jr and Robert and sister Beulah.
