Citizens file suit over Miami Township zoning decision
Paula Loveland reports a Feb. 18 lawsuit filed against the Miami Township trustees over their refusal to re zone land for a Miamiville project. The suit claims residential zoning limits development and seeks court action with a 28 day response deadline and a forthcoming pre trial hearing.
