Two men arrested in burglary in Miami Township
Two men, identified as David Edward Scheffel 18 of Cherry Grove and James Edward Garrison 20 of 2364 Building, were charged after an attempted burglary at Ready Mix Concrete Company on U S 50. Police were alerted by an alarm and money from a vending machine and coins from a desk were involved.

Accident injures Miami Township man in two car crash
A 38-year-old Miami Township man, William H. Hackney of 1150 Eagle Ridge Road, remained in Bethesda North Hospital in serious condition after a two car collision on February 14 near the Montgomery Road exit on I-275. The other driver was Margaret Jones of West Salem.

Milford Man Killed in Motorcycle Car Crash
George Newberry a 68 year old Milford man was killed when the motorcycle he rode collided with a car at Roe and Mathis Streets in Cincinnati Madison Place. The driver Brenda Stewart 37 of 4703 Mathis District Two told police Newberry was dead at the scene and his body was taken to General Hospital in Cincinnati.
