Southern Ohio Workers Assured of Back Pay
Five hundred eighty nine southern Ohio workers were assured a total of 30 705 99 in back pay after settlements approved in January by the Wage and Hour Division of the U S Department of Labor. Lucille D Newton acting Supervising Inspector said the restitution equals wages owed since the Fair Labor Standards Act began in October 1938.
