In a tight finish the Western Wildcats edged the Goshen Rockets 58-56 as Burg held a lead at every break 16-12 34-25 and 45-38. Tom Madsen Jim Moon and Greg Berry led the winners with strong scoring while Goshen’s Estep and Gilreath paced the Wolves. Western also beat Batavia 64-48 and Felicity 72-53 as Blanton Mehrman Estep and Morgan stood out for their teams.
