Second Amputation Fails Young Farmer at Olive Branch
George Holter aged 23 underwent a second amputation after his leg failed to heal following an Olive Branch initial procedure. The stump sloughed to expose bone, a two inch revision made on Sunday, but he died Tuesday morning from blood loss and prolonged suffering. He was a well liked local youth and will be buried Thursday at 1:30 PM from the M. E. church.
