Car Out of Control Crashes Into Tree Near Bantam
A Bethel driven car on State Route 135 failed to pass a motorcycle and snapped a nine inch tree, stopping halfway into a concrete garage. Three occupants were injured, Ora Milton eight, Mrs Milton knee cut, Lois Milton six with possible back injury. Injured were taken to Dr Gruber in Bethel by Wheeler Milton.

The Clermont County Dog Warden is checking on dog license compliance with about 6,000 licenses issued, 1,000 fewer than last year. Owners failing to license face penalties. kennel bills excuse some. A separate case: Earl Ridings, 61, received one to ten years for embezzling $5,000 from Loveland Union Savings and Loan Co after pleading guilty. He was moved to Ohio State Penitentiary after indictment for embezzlement and false entries.

Kremm Builds Hog Boxes On 130 Acre Farm
Joe Kremm near Batavia has completed a new six foot hog box on skids for easy relocation. He previously built one for his 130 acre Kremm farm and plans to market them to other farms to improve hog housing and land fertilization. Adam and Frank Kremm helped, and they also finished a modern 20 by 50 foot chicken house. Principal crops are corn and wheat.
