Judge Shrader rules executors must distribute residuum from Joseph M. Glenn estate. Mrs. Matthew Glenn to receive about $30,000 after complex trust provisions and life-matured legacies. Shortly after, Dennis Teasdale sues Mrs. Glenn for $1,000 on a note with fraud-attachment quest.
Milord witnesses report two express wagons seen at twelve in Milford cemetery on Friday night. Observers urge identifying contents of the wagons as express wagons midnight and cemetery details suggest a suspicious affair.
Dr. William Scott of Loveland conducted hand endurance tests with six Loveland high school boys using a bulb syringe to measure compression counts and time. Results show total right hand compressions exceeded left by 61, with mixed gains and losses among individuals. overall endurance appears similar, challenging the belief the right hand is superior.
Henry C. Allen of the Soldier's Home in Dayton was struck and killed by a moving car on the Miami road at Branch Hill last Wednesday night while working in Miamiville at shoe making. His remains were sent back to the Home for burial.
James Robinson receives a monthly pension of four dollars from 1885. Randolph Rush also gets four dollars per month, and George Jones receives four dollars from 1885. Squire Manning processed the papers.

Lemuel Vance a farmer near Belfast died suddenly last Wednesday of heart disease. He was about seventy years old.
William Reed a Clermont County laborer once from Utopia was shot by Wesley Gardner, Higginsport saloon keeper, after a quarrel at Gardner's saloon. Reed died from wounds. Gardner is described as a peaceable citizen. Reed had worked for John Donald and died after being rushed to Donald's livery stable.

John Wesley Wood of Waverly, a brakeman on the construction train, was severely injured while coupling cars at noon yesterday. His right leg and arm were crushed and internal injuries are suspected. He was taken to the Clermont House for treatment and his return home will be arranged when he is able to travel.

Wallace Early, colored, was fined and charged $17.10 by Mayor Short for assaulting Marshal L. D. Layfield yesterday. He was jailed until the amount is paid and received at the county jail in good order this morning. Dr J J Weare will visit the Kain House Williamsburg February 12 13 14 15 and 16 and Clermont House Batavia February 18 19 20 21 and 23.
