Cisle Begins Rt 28 Job In 2 Counties
Hamilton contractor Cisle awarded a $735 911.51 contract to grade drain widen and resurface 9 912 miles of State Rt 28 in Clermont and Warren Counties. Work began January 2 and is to finish by July 31 1963. Project runs from Woodville Pike northeast of Mulberry through Goshen to Harlan township Warren County. Two way traffic will be maintained on existing or proposed pavement or temporary roadways.

Aged Woman Dies In Auto Mishap In Ohio
Mrs Louise Blasek 79 of 835 Ohio Pike was struck and killed Sunday as she attempted to cross the highway on her way to church. Driver Lloyd McQueary 26 of Loda Drive was not cited. Witnesses said the westbound car was traveling 35 mph as she walked into its path. She leaves a daughter, Mrs Herta Mast, two sons Walter and William Blasek, three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday at T P White and Sons Funeral Home Mt Washington.
