The Ohio Board of Public Utilities orders the Swing traction line between Norwood and Owensville to cease operations after a two month trial shows expenses exceed receipts. William Barr Dies in Edenton at 62
William Barr of Edenton aged 62 died December 15 after long illness leaving a wife daughter and stepdaughter and brother John Barr.
